With over twenty years experience in electronic media, Ian has filled many roles in the media industry.

Working as a radio announcer before progressing to television with the TEN network, Ian worked as a Writer, Producer and eventually Senior Creative.

Work with Carlisle Films in London and training in the U.S.A. was followed by further Australian network roles in sales, sports commentating and presenting.

Three years experience managing a production house led to the establishment of VMP in 1996.

Jenny Cooper has nearly 20 years experience writing and producing for government, business and media outlets.

Combining excellent research skills with an empathetic communication style, Jenny has the ability to deliver complex information creatively and effectively.

With a thorough understanding of communication theories and audience needs, Jenny combines the written word and visual stimuli to deliver informative but exciting material.

Geoff has over 25 years experience in all aspects of Advertising and Television production.

His tertiary studies were followed by many years of work with some of Australia’s most well known Production Houses and Agencies.

After spending four years in London as Agency Producer/ Director, he returned as Producer for the Ford Motor Company account at DDB. Geoff’s next step was Asia, where he ran one of the region’s most successful production companies for 10 years.

Geoff’s international advertising and production background provides a strong base for his creative energies.

He has won numerous international awards for his work and his experience and passion make a valuable contribution to the VMP team.

With a Bachelor of Media Arts majoring in Moving Image, Nadine has a wide range of experience working in pre-production and production on short films, television specials and music videos. Nadine graduated in 2008 with first-class Honours, and is particularly interested in the planning and organisational side of screen production.

Matt Cox has had more than 10 years experience as a camera operator and over 6 years editing experience. He has received awards from both the Queensland Recording Association for music videos and the Australian Cinematographers Society.

He has edited hundreds of productions ranging from corporate videos to TVCs and his work has aired nationally and internationally on both cable television and free to air networks.

A Diploma in Multimedia, studies in the Bachelor of Creative Industries and extensive industry experience allows Mark to create effective and stylish graphics, still and animated, for television, websites and print.

With over six years of experience and a strong background in fine art, Mark has contributed to the local film and multimedia industry with paintings, animation and design

Tani joined VMP after years as a digital media and film teacher in the secondary / tertiary sectors.

Tani enjoys the variety that working in design provides, and specialises in graphic design, editing and motion graphics.

She has completed postgraduate studies in Media Production, and her short form directorial and post-production work has screened at events such as the Brisbane International Film Festival and the NY Independent Film Festival.

In her spare time, Tani likes to lie around and do nothing.

Incorporating international experience covering the Barcelona Olympic Games and design work for various London production houses, Murray has a Bachelor of Engineering and Electrical with seventeen years experience in network television.

Murray joined Video Media from QTQ 9 in Brisbane and aside from assisting SOCOG with the Sydney Olympics he has provided permanent technical assistance to ensure consistent quality standards.
